Last updated: 16 March 2026
1. Who We Are & What We Collect
Blonde Brunette is a DJ duo based in Barcelona, Spain, consisting of Nicholas Harris and Peter Karcher. We are the data controllers under EU law (GDPR). Contact us at info@blondebrunette.music.
We only collect data you give us directly: your name, email, phone number, company, and message content via our mailing list sign-up or booking form. We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.
2. How We Use It & Who We Share It With
We use your data only for what you gave it for: sending updates you consented to (email, WhatsApp, or SMS) or responding to booking enquiries. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Our processors:
- Brevo manages our mailing list and sends emails on our behalf.
- Purelymail delivers contact form emails.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) delivers messages if you opt in. Their privacy policy applies.
- SMS gateway provider delivers SMS if you opt in.
All processors are selected for GDPR compliance. Mailing list data is kept while you are subscribed. Booking enquiries are kept up to 2 years.
3. Your Rights & Opting Out
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@blondebrunette.music and we will respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
To opt out: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any WhatsApp or SMS message, or email us. Opting out of one channel does not remove you from others.
4. Legal Basis
Mailing list: your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. Booking enquiries: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
5. Updates & Contact
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions? Reach us at info@blondebrunette.music. Our site is served over HTTPS and we use reputable services with their own security standards.
